The location was perfect for our Christmas break getaway, with easy access to hiking trails and nearby attractions. We were able to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the area and explore the charming small town nearby. The owners were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local hikes. We also loved the cozy atmosphere of the lodge, especially the classic old fireplace where we could relax after a day of hiking.
Our room was on the smaller side and lacked some of the amenities we were hoping for. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and didn't cater to all dietary preferences.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the evenings spent by the fireplace, sharing stories with other guests. The breakfast spread in the morning was delicious and provided the perfect fuel for a day of exploring. I highly recommend this lodge for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
